Counsellor
Quah Siang Hui (she/her)
Siang Hui approaches counselling with a blend of curiosity, empathy, and compassion, sprinkled with occasional humour. She believes in the lifelong journey of self-discovery and growth, rejecting quick fixes in favour of deeper change. Siang Hui feels privileged to accompany individuals on their path toward greater self-awareness and acceptance, offering a safe and authentic presence within the counselling space.
Grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, Siang Hui customises her approach to suit the unique needs of each person. Armed with a Master’s degree in Counselling and training in modalities such as EMDR, Parts Work, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive & Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centred approaches, she brings a wealth of well-rounded expertise to her practice.
With over 11 years of experience as a counsellor within an esteemed women’s organisation and the pioneering sexual assault centre in Singapore, Siang Hui has provided invaluable support to women in distress and survivors of sexual assault. While she holds a special passion for supporting sexual assault and trauma survivors, she adeptly assists women facing diverse challenges through a trauma-informed lens.
Currently, she is honoured to serve as a Singapore Certified EMDR Practitioner. She is also a registered clinical member and counsellor with the Singapore Association of Counsellors.

Counsellor
Subhashini Balaji (she/her)
Subha brings a deeply compassionate and intuitive approach to counselling, grounded in her belief that healing is a transformative journey of self-exploration and empowerment. She is passionate about guiding individuals toward clarity, self-acceptance, and lasting change as they embark on the path of personal growth and emotional well-being.
With over nine years of experience, Subha has been a steadfast advocate for individuals facing distress, particularly those who have experienced physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. She specializes in trauma-informed approaches, adopting an integrative therapy model that incorporates techniques such as EMDR, CBT, EFT, and psychosynthesis to support clients in meaningful and healthy ways. Her work spans diverse populations and issues, consistently fostering a safe space that encourages healing and personal growth.
Clients regularly express appreciation for Subha’s compassionate demeanour and her ability to cultivate a safe, nurturing environment. She is committed to helping clients understand their patterned responses, improve the quality of their relationships, and become more motivated to make positive life choices.
Subha’s holistic approach is rooted in her dedication to the unique needs of each individual. Her goal is to help clients connect with their authentic selves, empowering them to realise and achieve their highest potential on their healing journey.
